Most deals on digiflippers.com go smoothly. When they do not, this policy explains how our team helps buyer and seller reach a fair result.

Talk first

Many problems are misunderstandings. Use the Deal Room messages to explain the issue and give the other side a chance to fix it.

Opening a dispute

• Either side can open a dispute from the Deal Room before the deal is completed — for a buyer, at the latest before the inspection period of 2 days ends.
• Explain what went wrong and add evidence: screenshots, files, and references to the payment or transfer steps.
• While a dispute is open, the Deal Room deadlines are paused.

How our team decides

A member of our team reviews the Deal Room — the agreed terms, the timeline, messages and files — and may ask both sides questions. We usually decide within a few working days and explain the decision to both sides. We may decide that the deal:

• continues, with new deadlines for the steps still to do;
• is completed, because the asset was delivered as described; or
• is cancelled, for example because the asset was not delivered or was materially different from the listing — the seller must then return anything received, and the buyer must return the asset.

Money

Because digiflippers.com never holds the money, our decision cannot move funds by itself:

• With escrow, the escrow company releases or returns the money under its own terms and dispute process; we share our Deal Room record with it when asked.
• With our middleman service, the middleman follows the decision for the steps they supervise.
• With a direct payment, we cannot reverse it. You may use your bank’s or payment provider’s dispute process, and we will provide the Deal Room record on request.

After the decision

We may limit or close the accounts of members who acted in bad faith, and the result is shown in the deal record. Our decision does not stop either side from going to court or using another legal route. If you disagree with how a dispute was handled, write to support@digiflippers.com within 14 days and a different team member will look at it again.
