This policy keeps digiflippers.com honest and safe. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may remove content, cancel deals or limit accounts that break it, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

Listings that are not allowed

• Anything illegal, or assets whose main purpose is illegal activity.
• Stolen, hacked or hijacked accounts, domains or websites, and any asset you do not own or have the right to sell.
• Fake or bought followers, subscribers, reviews, traffic or engagement presented as real, and accounts or channels built mainly on them.
• Assets that contain malware, phishing, spam tools or that infringe copyright or trademarks (for example pirated content, counterfeit goods or “clone” brands).
• Lists or databases of personal data, and accounts that include someone else’s identity documents.
• Adult, gambling or other restricted content, unless our categories clearly allow it and the law of both sides permits it.
• Anything that is not a digital asset or online business, such as services, jobs or physical goods on their own.

Some platforms (social networks, app stores, marketplaces, advertising programmes) restrict selling or transferring accounts. Sellers must disclose such risks, and buyers should read the platform’s rules before buying.

Honest listings

• Numbers must be real and provable: revenue, profit, traffic and audience figures must match the proof you give, over the period stated.
• No promises of guaranteed income, rankings or “get rich” results.
• Do not hide important facts, such as penalties, bans, pending claims, dependency on one customer or supplier, or changes in the last months.
• Do not put email addresses, phone numbers, messenger names or outside payment links in listings.

Fair dealing

• Do not take a deal off digiflippers.com to avoid our fees, checks or the Deal Room. It removes your protection and the record of the deal — and it is the most common way scams begin.
• Do not bid on your own listings, make fake offers, or ask others to do so.
• Do not write fake reviews, or offer or ask for anything in return for a review.
• Do not ask for passwords, codes or payments outside the steps shown in the Deal Room.
• Complete what you agreed. Repeatedly backing out of agreed deals leads to limits on your account.

Respect and security

• No harassment, threats, hate, or sharing other people’s private information.
• No spam, unsolicited advertising or chain messages.
• No scraping, automated account creation, or attempts to probe, overload or break the marketplace.
• No new accounts to get around a suspension, and no pretending to be someone else, including our team.

Reporting

Use the “Report” button on a listing, or write to support@digiflippers.com. Rights owners can follow our Copyright & Takedown Policy. We review every report and may ask the member for proof.
