digiflippers.com respects intellectual property rights and expects members to do the same. If you believe content on the marketplace infringes your copyright or trademark, tell us and we will act quickly.

Sending a notice

Send your notice to support@digiflippers.com with:

• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a description of the work or trademark you say is infringed;
• the exact address (URL) of the content on digiflippers.com;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable the content and tell the member who posted it, with a copy of the notice (your contact details may be shared with them so they can respond).

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to support@digiflippers.com with your contact details, the removed content and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or the courts of that country if you live elsewhere), and your signature. Unless the rights owner tells us within 10–14 working days that they have started legal action, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

False notices

Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages. If you are not sure whether content infringes your rights, consider asking a lawyer first.
