Reporting a listing or a member

  3. What happens next
  4. False reports

Reports help keep the marketplace clean. Our team reviews every one.

Reporting a listing

  1. Open the listing.
  2. Click Report this listing.
  3. Choose the reason — for example stolen content, fake numbers, prohibited asset or scam — and add details.
  4. Send it.

You can send up to 10 reports a day.

Reporting a member or a message

  • In a Deal Room, open a dispute if the problem is about the deal. For accounts, the transfer step has Report a recovery attempt if the seller tries to take the account back.
  • For anything else — a suspicious message, a phishing email in our name, harassment — contact us from Dashboard → Support and include the member’s name, the listing or deal, and screenshots.

What happens next

Our team looks at the report and can ask the seller for more proof, hide or remove the listing, warn or block the member, or involve the payment or escrow company. We do not always tell the reporter the outcome, to protect everyone’s privacy — but every report is read.

False reports

Reporting a competitor’s honest listing to harm them breaks the rules and can limit your own account.

Tip: The more specific the report, the faster we can act: what is wrong, where you saw it and any proof you have.
