Your privacy and data

We only use your data to run the marketplace and keep it safe. Here is what that means in practice.

What others can see

• Public: your public name, photo, country if you add it, badges, trust level, reviews and your live listings.
• Only the other side of a deal: the Deal Room, its chat and files. Contact details only if the marketplace shares them once both sides accepted the terms.
• Only our team: your email address, phone number, identity documents, verification proof and payment records.

Private files

Deal files, ownership proof, identity photos and support attachments are stored privately. They cannot be opened with a public link — only by the people involved and our team. Identity photos checked by our team are deleted as soon as we decide.

Numbers you connect

When you connect Google or Stripe to show verified numbers, access is read-only and only the figures you choose are shown. You can disconnect at any time.

How long we keep things

Deal records are kept as evidence for disputes and legal reasons. Some data is kept only for a limited time, for example Digi AI conversations for 90 days and listing statistics for 730 days.

Your choices

• Change your details and email preferences in Dashboard → Settings.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or close your account — see Closing your account.
