Fees and billing
Is there a success fee?
How digiflippers.com charges sellers — and what would happen if a fee on sales were ever introduced.
On this page
Deals up to $10,000 pay no success fee. Deals above $10,000 pay a 5% success fee on the sale price, paid by the seller. The fee is never more than $5,000 per deal. The listing fee the seller paid for that listing is taken off the success fee. With escrow it is deducted in the escrow transaction; otherwise an invoice follows when the deal completes. The fee is shown in the deal terms before anyone agrees.
How digiflippers.com earns money instead
The marketplace earns from small listing fees, optional upgrades and seller plans — paid before or while you list, never taken from your sale. That is why the platform does not mind how you pay each other: directly to the seller, through escrow.
Why it matters for you
- Sellers keep the full agreed price, minus any payment or escrow costs you choose.
- Buyers get fairer prices, because sellers do not need to add a fee on top.
If a fee on sales is ever introduced
Any change is announced in advance and shown on the pricing page. A fee would only apply to deals started after the change, and the exact amount is fixed in the deal terms both sides accept — never added afterwards.
Good to know: The full list of fees is in the fees and refund policy.
