Trust & safety

Trust is the product. Here is how we protect it.

A safe digital marketplace is built, not promised. Every protection on digiflippers.com answers a real scam we have seen elsewhere: verification, protected payments, transfer checklists and people who step in when it matters.

  • We never hold your money
  • Scam shield in every chat
  • Real people for disputes

Layers of protection

Six layers between you and a bad deal

  • Ownership checks

Sellers prove control of the asset before listing — or the listing is clearly marked as not verified.

    Verification
  • Member verification

Phone and identity checks raise a member's trust level; high-value types can require them.

  • Protected payments

Escrow holds the money until the asset is confirmed; our middleman supervises hand-overs.

    Escrow & middleman
  • Scam shield

We warn you when a message asks you to pay or talk elsewhere, or asks for a password.

  • Transfer checklists

Change the email, phone, two-factor and sessions — the checklist makes sure the asset stays yours.

  • Disputes & reviews

Our team resolves disputes from the Deal Room record, and honest reviews follow every completed deal.

    Dispute policy

The #1 account scam

Stopping sellers from taking accounts back

The most common trick in account sales is simple: the seller hands over an account, gets paid, then recovers it with the original email or phone. Our transfer checklists and inspection periods are designed to shut that door.

  • Sellers state whether the original email is included
  • Email, phone, two-factor and sessions changed step by step
  • Longer inspection periods for account types
  • Escrow recommended for higher values

Stay safe

Five rules that prevent almost every scam

  • Keep the deal in the Deal Room

Messages and steps outside it cannot protect you or serve as evidence.

  • Only pay to the details shown there

Never to details sent by email, chat or phone — even if they look like ours.

  • Never share your password

We will never ask for it, and a genuine buyer or seller does not need it.

  • Inspect before you confirm

Use the inspection period to check every login, number and file.

  • Use protection for bigger deals

Escrow and the middleman service exist for exactly that.

Questions

Safety questions

Still have a question?

How do I report a suspicious listing or member?

Use the Report button on the listing or write to us on the contact page. We review every report.

What if I paid directly and the seller disappears?

Open a dispute and contact your bank or payment provider. We share the Deal Room record, but direct payments are not protected by digiflippers.com — that is why we recommend escrow for larger deals.

Are badges a guarantee?

No. A badge shows that a specific check was passed at a specific time. Always do your own due diligence.

What does "Verified owner" mean?

The seller placed a one-time code on the asset (or our team checked their proof), which shows they control it right now.

Can I verify my own identity?

Yes — confirm your phone number and your ID in Dashboard → Settings. Verified members get badges that buyers and sellers trust.

What happens in a dispute?

Our team reviews the Deal Room history, the checklist and both sides' evidence, then decides how to finish or cancel the deal. With escrow, the money stays protected until then.

Is my personal data safe?

Your email and phone are never shown publicly, ID documents are deleted after the check, and private files are stored where only you, the other side of the deal and our team can open them.

How does digiflippers.com fight scams?

Listings are reviewed before they go live, owners prove what they sell, messages are scanned for payment tricks, and risky accounts are held for review. Deals follow a checklist with deadlines.
