digiflippers.com never holds a buyer’s money. The price of an asset goes from the buyer to the seller in one of the ways below, chosen together in the Deal Room. On digiflippers.com, buyers can pay directly to the seller, through escrow.

Paying the seller directly

• The buyer pays the seller directly, for example by bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or crypto, and records the payment in the Deal Room.
• Direct payments are not protected by digiflippers.com. If the seller does not deliver, we cannot reverse the payment. Both sides must accept this before choosing it.
• Only pay to the payment details shown in the Deal Room — never to details sent by email, chat or phone, even if they seem to come from the seller or from us.
• Protected payment is required above: never required.

Escrow

With escrow, the buyer pays Escrow.com, a licensed escrow company. The escrow company holds the money until the buyer confirms the asset arrived as described, then pays the seller. The escrow company, not digiflippers.com, holds the money and decides on its release under its own terms, including its own dispute process. Its fee is paid by the buyer and the seller, half each. We follow the escrow status in the Deal Room but we are not a party to the escrow agreement.

Our middleman service

A member of our team joins the Deal Room, guides both sides, supervises the payment and checks the transfer — popular for social media and gaming accounts. The service fee is not offered. The middleman checks what can reasonably be checked (for example that login details and ownership changed as agreed), but cannot guarantee the future of an asset or a platform’s decisions about it. The payment for the asset itself still goes to the seller as agreed in the Deal Room.

Staying safe

• Keep every message and step in the Deal Room — it is your evidence if something goes wrong.
• We will never ask you for your password, or to pay us the price of an asset.
• Check the asset during the inspection period before confirming, and use escrow or our middleman for larger or riskier deals.
