Can I make an offer below the asking price?
Yes, when the seller accepts offers. Offers stay open for 72 hours and sellers can counter — up to 6 rounds.
How do I pay safely?
For larger amounts use escrow: a licensed company holds the money until you confirm you received everything. Never pay outside the Deal Room or to a different person than the seller.
