1. Agree the terms — within 2 days.
2. The buyer pays — within 3 days. Payment goes directly to the seller, through escrow.
3. The seller transfers the asset — within 7 days.
4. The buyer checks everything — 2 days — and completes the deal.

Keep every message and file in the Deal Room: it is your record if anything goes wrong, and either side can open a dispute before the deal is complete.
