How it works

How to buy a website or sell one safely

Every sale on digiflippers.com follows the same clear path: agree the terms, pay the way you both choose, transfer step by step and confirm. Nothing is left to chance or to a chat message.

  • Clear steps with deadlines
  • Everything recorded
  • People to help when needed

The journey

Pick your side — here is exactly what happens

  1. Search and shortlist

Filter by category, price, revenue, traffic and verification. Save searches and get alerts when new matches appear.

  2. Do your due diligence

Read the verified numbers and the AI summary, check the seller's reviews and ask questions in private messages.

  3. Offer, bid or buy now

Make an offer, bid in an auction or buy at the asking price. An accepted offer opens the Deal Room.

  4. Agree the terms

Price, what is included and the inspection period are written down and confirmed by both sides — within 2 days.

  5. Pay your way

Pay directly to the seller, through escrow. Only ever to the details shown in the Deal Room.

  6. Receive, inspect, confirm

The seller transfers with a checklist; you have 2 days to check everything before confirming.

A typical deal

From accepted offer to completed deal

Clear deadlines keep both sides moving, and every step is recorded in the Deal Room. Here is how a typical sale runs.

  1. Right away

    Offer accepted, Deal Room opens

Buyer and seller get a private room with the price and the listing locked in.

  2. Within 2 days

    Terms agreed

What is included, how you pay and the inspection period — confirmed by both sides.

  3. Within 3 days

    Payment made

Directly, through licensed escrow or with our middleman — only to the details shown in the Deal Room.

  4. Within 7 days

    Asset transferred

The seller follows the checklist for the asset type: logins, email, two-factor, files and rights.

  5. 2 days to check

    Inspection

The buyer checks everything. Something wrong? Open a dispute and the deadlines pause.

  6. Done

    Deal complete

The buyer confirms, escrow releases the money and both sides leave a review.

The Deal Room

One private room for everything that matters

Every accepted offer opens a Deal Room: a shared space for the agreed terms, the payment, the transfer checklist, files, messages and a complete timeline. Clear deadlines keep both sides moving.

  • Terms confirmed by both sides
  • Deadlines with reminders
  • Private files and messages
  • A timeline of every step

Payment

Three ways to pay — the platform never holds the money

Buyer and seller choose together in the Deal Room.

  • Direct payment

Pay the seller directly by bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or crypto. Fast and free, recorded in the Deal Room — but not protected by us.

  • Escrow

A licensed escrow company holds the money until you approve the asset. Best for larger deals.

    How escrow works
  • Middleman

A member of our team supervises the payment and checks the transfer — popular for social and game accounts.

Questions

Common questions about the process

Still have a question?

How long does a typical deal take?

Most deals complete in one to two weeks: 2 days to agree the terms, 3 days to pay, 7 days to transfer and 2 days to inspect. Smaller assets are often much quicker.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Anyone can browse listings. You need a free account to message sellers, make offers, bid or sell.

Can I negotiate the price?

Yes, when the seller accepts offers. Offers stay open for 72 hours and can be countered up to 6 times.

What if the seller does not transfer?

Open a dispute in the Deal Room. Deadlines pause and our team decides. With escrow, the money stays with the escrow company until the dispute is settled.

Is it free to create an account?

Yes. Browsing, saving searches, asking questions and making offers are free. Sellers pay a small listing fee shown before they pay. There is no success fee: the marketplace never takes a percentage of the sale price.

Does digiflippers.com hold my money?

No. The buyer pays the seller directly, through a licensed escrow company, or with our middleman service — you choose in the Deal Room.

How do I contact a seller or buyer?

Use "Ask the seller" on a listing or the chat in the Deal Room. Contact details are shared only when a deal is agreed, which keeps both sides safe from spam and scams.

Where do I get help?

The Help Center answers most questions in seconds. For anything else, contact our team — we usually reply within one working day.
