1. Seller: unlock the domain at the registrar and turn off privacy protection that blocks transfers.
2. Seller: send the authorisation (EPP) code in the Deal Room — never by email or chat apps.
3. Buyer: start the transfer at your registrar with the code and approve the confirmation email.
4. Buyer: when the domain shows in your account, confirm it in the Deal Room.

Same-registrar “push” transfers take minutes; transfers between registrars can take up to 5–7 days. The seller has 7 days to start the transfer.
