Verification and trust
Trust levels, badges and reviews
What the trust levels mean, how badges are earned, and how reviews work — for buyers and sellers.
On this page
Reputation on digiflippers.com is earned, not bought. Three things build it: your trust level, your badges and your reviews.
Trust levels
- Email verified — the starting level. Needed to list, offer or bid.
- Phone verified — a real, reachable person.
- Identity verified — checked with an ID document.
Some asset types and higher prices require a minimum level. See Verifying your phone and identity.
Badges
Badges are given automatically from your real activity and shown on your profile and listings. They include:
- Top Seller and Trusted Seller — completed sales with high ratings and few disputes.
- Fast Responder — you usually answer within a few hours.
- ID Verified — you verified your identity.
- Rising Star — a new member with strong early sales and ratings.
- Established — a long-standing member with completed sales.
- Trusted Buyer — completed purchases without disputes.
Dashboard → Settings lists every badge with what it takes and whether you have it.
Reviews
After a deal is completed, buyer and seller are asked to review each other within 14 days. Reviews can only come from real completed deals, so they cannot be faked. Your rating appears on your profile and, if the marketplace shows it, on your listing cards.
Losing a badge
Badges follow your record. If your ratings drop or disputes pile up, a badge can disappear until your record improves.
Tip: The quickest ways to build trust: verify your phone and identity, add a profile photo, answer quickly and finish every deal as agreed.
