How does the success fee work?
There is no success fee: the marketplace never takes a percentage of the sale price. We earn mainly from listing fees and optional extras, so we have no reason to push you into a lower price.
Do buyers pay anything?
No. Buyers only pay if they choose escrow (the escrow company's fee) or the middleman service.
Can I get a refund?
Our Fees & Refund Policy explains when fees are refunded — for example if we cannot publish a listing for a reason that is not yours.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments between buyer and seller go directly to the seller, through escrow.
Can I cancel a seller plan?
Yes, any time in Dashboard → Plan. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What does the middleman service cost?
not offered, paid by the buyer and only if you choose it.
When do I pay the listing fee?
When you submit your listing. The exact amount for your asset type and price is shown first — nothing is charged without your click.
