When a deal is completed, both sides are asked to review each other. Reviews are the backbone of trust on digiflippers.com: they can only come from real completed deals.

How to leave a review

  1. Open the completed deal from Dashboard → Deals, or click the link in our email.
  2. Give a rating and write a few sentences.
  3. Submit. You have 14 days after completion; we remind you after 3 days if you have not.

What makes a useful review

  • Was the asset as described?
  • Was the other side quick, clear and fair?
  • How smooth was the payment and transfer?

Stick to facts about the deal. Personal attacks, contact details and links are not allowed.

Where reviews appear

On the member’s profile, and the rating on their listings and seller card. Your rating also counts towards badges such as Trusted Seller and Top Seller.

A review you disagree with

Reviews reflect the reviewer’s experience and are not edited by us. If a review breaks the rules — for example it contains insults or personal data — report it to our team.
