Getting help
Writing a request we can solve quickly
What to include in a support request so we can help at the first answer.
On this page
A clear request gets a useful answer the first time. Here is what helps us most.
Include
- What you wanted to do — for example “verify my domain” or “accept an offer”.
- What happened instead — the exact message you saw, or “nothing happened”.
- Where — the listing, offer or deal it is about. Choosing it in the request form attaches it automatically.
- When — roughly the date and time.
- Your device and browser if something on the page does not work — for example “iPhone, Safari”.
- A screenshot — often worth more than a long explanation.
Leave out
- Passwords, log-in codes and full card numbers. We never need them.
- Several unrelated problems in one request — open one request per problem.
Before you write
- Search the Help Center — the answer may be one click away.
- Ask Digi AI for quick questions.
- For a problem in a deal, the Deal Room chat with the other side is often the fastest route; open a dispute if you cannot solve it together.
Tip: If you are writing about a possible scam, say so in the first line. Safety requests are handled first.
Thanks for your feedback!
