Buying
Buying at the asking price
Use “Buy now” to skip negotiation: the Deal Room opens straight away at the listed price.
On this page
Fixed-price listings can show a Buy now button. It is the fastest way to secure an asset you want.
What happens when you click Buy now
- You confirm the price and read the main terms.
- The listing is reserved for you and other buyers can no longer buy it or make offers.
- The Deal Room opens. You and the seller have 2 day(s) to accept the terms.
- Then you pay within 3 day(s), using the payment method you agree on.
Before you click
Buy now is binding in the same way as an accepted offer. Check the listing first — What to check before you buy is a good list — and make sure you can pay within the deadline.
Buy now in auctions
Some auctions show a Buy now price until the first bid. After someone bids, the auction must run to the end.
If something is not as described
You still have the inspection period after the transfer to check everything, and you can open a dispute if the asset is not what was agreed. See Disputes.
