Profile, photo, password, two-step log-in and verification.

• Changing your profile photo and public name Dashboard → Settings → Profile: upload a photo, change the name buyers see.
• Verifying your phone number and identity Two quick checks raise your trust level: phone, then ID. Buyers see the badges.
• Turning on two-step log-in Protect your account with an authenticator app or email codes.
• I forgot my password Use "Forgot password?" on the log-in page to get a reset link by email.
• Choosing which emails you get Turn alerts, newsletters and reminders on or off in Dashboard → Settings.
• Closing your account Finish or cancel open deals first, then contact us to close the account.
