Your account
Your public profile and trust level
What buyers and sellers see on your profile page, how trust levels work, and how to choose what you show.
Every member has a public profile at an address like /member/your-username. Before an offer or a deal, the other side opens it to see who you are and how your past deals went. Your name links to it from your listings, offers and the Deal Room.
What everyone sees
- Your photo, public name and username — never your login name or email address.
- Your trust level and verification: email, phone and identity.
- Your track record from real, completed deals only: deals sold and bought, how many agreed deals were completed, reply time, repeat buyers and disputes.
- Your reviews, with stars, the detail ratings and your public replies.
These always show because they protect everyone. Nobody can buy a better rating or level.
Trust levels
Members move up through four levels — New, Established, Trusted and Top — automatically, from completed deals, reviews, rating, verification, account age and disputes. On your own profile you see exactly what the next level still needs.
Choose what you show
Go to Dashboard → Public profile:
- Pick your username. Your old address keeps working and forwards to the new one.
- Add a headline, a few lines about you, your country, languages and website.
- Choose what your profile shows: what you sold and what you bought (the full list, only how many, or nothing), the prices you sold for, your wanted posts and when you were last active.
- Click Save public profile.
Tip: Prices you sold for are hidden unless you switch them on. When they are on, your reviews also show the deal size range (for example “$1k–$10k”).
Reviews
Only the two people in a completed deal can review each other, and reviews stay hidden until both have written theirs or the review time ends — see Reviews after a deal. Besides the stars, buyers can rate listing accuracy, communication and transfer; sellers can rate payment, communication and cooperation.
Follow, share and report
- Follow a member to get an email when they list something new.
- Share your profile, or copy the trust badge code from your profile to show your level and rating on your own website.
- Report this member if something is wrong. Our team reviews every report and never tells the member who reported them.
Thanks for your feedback!
