Getting a copy of your data

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and to get a copy of it.

Ask for a copy

1. Send a request from Dashboard → Support or the contact page, using the email address of your account.
2. We confirm the request by email, to make sure it really comes from you.
3. We send you a download link with your data.

The export includes your profile, notifications, valuation requests and the other personal data the marketplace stores about you.

Ask for deletion

The same way, you can ask us to delete your personal data. Some records must be kept — for example completed sales and payments — see Closing your account.

Correct your data

Most details you can change yourself in Dashboard → Settings. For anything else, contact us.
